Upcoming Theme Hybrid

This is going to be a team effort, to bring you a fresh new design to your phone. For this theme I am teaming up with my good friend Otis for his first theme

This theme will be compatible with 3.0 and 4.0 firmwares. I have noticed here recently that there hasn't been much for the 3.0 users, but don't worry we will have you covered

FEATURES:
- One of the best looking and most detailed theme i´ve ever made
- Will require minimal setup for the average user
- Different types of navigation whether you prefer categories or springjumps (Only categories for the iOS4 users as of now)
- AppStore Icon Masks will mask all appstore icons
- Will be a complete theme with full UI and SBSettings
- Will come in many different colors for user taste

how do the arrows work? Would it just be like springjumps or categoriesSB on 4.x with a transparent background and the icons in the folder overlay the others and scroll horizontal?

I agree transparent icons would look lovely with this theme. Actually the original mock up was a transparent icon, with the border you see now. The only thing was no auto create Thanks for your feedback

Right now i'm running infinidock so it could hold up to 8.

Nice to see you Snow! The arrows will take you to the next page. Right now on your device if you hit that spot it will take you to the next page without having to swipe. Its a sweet spot I guess you could say

I assume taking you to the next page would be with springjumps right? How does it work on 4.x? Or does the 4.x version just not have that?

It's not like springjumps cause it don't actually have an icon. That is a fixed image on the page overlay. I will find out tomorrow if it does the same thing on iOS4.

I cant seem to find that spot that takes me to the next page normally. with five column springboard is that where one of the icons are?

edit: went to my last page where icons werent covering it and dragged an icon to the next page and still cant find it

Ohh!!! thats where the page dots are! Wow your a freakin genius!

I remember how that worked but Im actually using a mod called sprintboard (not iOS 4 compatible) which lets me scroll across the page dots which is why I couldnt replicate it

I believe if you touch at any point along the axis where the page dots are it will take you to the next or previous page

You are correct my friend. I have to thank Otis for pointing that out to me. I agree it was a great idea

I actually use quickscroll which I think is about the same thing as smoothscroll. Let's you slide across springboard pages. And if your reading something in safari you have a scroll bar on the right. Couldn't live without it

Yeah it is a really good idea. It should definitely work on 4.x though. It would be cool though if the page dots (when pressed) was a slider and you used sprintboard as like a slider to slide across the pages instead of arrows. I always wanted to make that but just never did.

I actually meant "sprintboard" sorry just couldnt remember the name. I actually used to use quickscroll 2 all the time but stopped because I had some major issues with it being incompatible with my other extensions

For scrolling fast in the browser I just use Perfect Web browser in the app store that has a hyperscroll feature and then browser changer in cydia to open links in the browser. Then in backgrounder I have it set so safari closes on exit but prefect web browser continues to run in the background to make it a true default browser replacement. Its also a lot faster and has full screen mode and desktop rendering.

Looks really smooth and like everyone likes, weather/locations on the main home screen also I agree that the icons could be transparent and maybe a chrome edge around them other than that BIG thumbs up Bro.:-]
