Here is a theme I am working on. It should be done soon. I think it is going to be called Graphite. It includes over 100 icons, a complete UI, with some given by H0CKEY from the theme iBox, wallpaper, lockscreen, sms layout, and an ios 4 feature. Here is a preview.

Instead of framing the icons, start changing the icons itself.

My personal opinion:

The glow is nice, but make the icons a bit smaller to give the "glow" more space.
and give them a new shape as the diffuse glow does not harmonize with the rough edges of the icon.

and ...change the green to something warmer e.g. orange, red or maybe blue/ purple

Im having trouble cropping with Photoshop CS5 cropping into a different shape. I try using the marquee tool but i cant get it to a complete round circle

Thanks!! What color should the glow be. Should I make it like illumine like match the glow color or what?

a really light grey would do it or a nice yellow/orange glow would dark grey backrounds

Damn i just realized that iBox Carbon sorta has that round thing going on and an under glow.

Yes and I am very sorry for that. School just started on tuesday and I am attempting to get all a's. I am still working on these icons. I have a pretty decent ui right now. The release date is probally end of September. I am very sorry for this.
