The theme you dowloaded from the email should be in var/mobile/library/attachments copy that folder to the var/stash/themes. Or just google iphonebrowser download it to you windows pc. Install it download afc2add from cydia. Plug your phone up through USB open iphonebrowser navigate to var/stash/themes drop the unzipped files there.
