i got it to work on me just dont use infi board/dock and spring jumps and set up like normal

Exactly how would i go about installing the theme onto my phone with 4.0.1 firmware? I'm just unsure of how to do it without spring jumps

I skipped all the steps involving those apps. My theme is basically a one page theme when I installed infiniFolders from Cydia. I set up 5 folders undocked and 5 whatever apps in the dock. Delete big icons in the Icons folder and you should be set =]

So far this theme looks amazing. I'm having one problem though with the dock image. Whatever page I choose the dock image shows that i'm still on the "home" page. So for example if I choose the settings page it brings up the settings page but the dock says i'm on the home page.

Edit: Nevermind, scrolled through the pages and found out that the tabbed look was removed.

Does anybody know if it possible to generate just the animated weather without the background with this theme, I realize that they are gif animations, is it possible to make the background transparent or would i have to start from scratch and make my own?

No...is not possible,gif files doesn't support transparency very well,it look bad,believe me,I tried a lot.

So then..... is it possible to somehow code something like "let it snow" into a similar theme as this. Im looking for something that will work with winterboard that has animation and will change as the weather does, god i would pay alot to have something like that, then my phone would be complete!

@alien does the animated weather work on 4.0 and above sorry haven't read through it all but if it doesn't I think I figured out away it will have to have the background included

i've managed to get the animated weather working also on iphone 4 but like you said i had to include background...
