How do you change icons? Also my lighting theme does not work correctly, how do i make it show from the top of the screen and not just under the bottom icons

Sorry if this has been covered before but I tried searching the thread and didn't see a related post. I'm assuming those big numbers on the lock screen when the phone is plugged in are supposed to be the battery %? What's odd is recently I've noticed that those numbers end up different than the phone's original % display in the top right corner (I have 3GS). The difference starts small and gets bigger. Is anyone else seeing this? It's odd b/c I would think the lock screen display and the original display both read off the same source, no?

Yeah the numbers are your battery charging level and it is norm for them to be different.

To be honest...i've no idea! but all the number batteries themes i've had have all been different.
