A SpringBack install. If you have all the necessary Cydia packages installed all ready, like 5 column springboard, then you just copy all the blanks and SpringJumps included and restore from the SpringBack file. It takes about 5 minutes to install if you already have the Cydia packages installed, and about 10-15 if you need to install them. You will have to arrange your extra game/tool apps to your liking manually, though.

looks good, the only noticeable problem i see is that there isnt much "hspace" for the menu items if u know what i mean

I just noticed and now can't stop seeing it. Now I'll have to fix it.

i dont have cycorder as i have a 3gs so should i still use springback because it says not to use if you dont have a previously uninstalled app

It should be fine, if you are really concerned, make a backup before installing. You could also make a backup after installing then restore from it so you use your own icon layout. I think that would prevent any ill effects.

Can't get supreme preferences 3.0. when I enter the repo in cydia I get an error message. Can I use supreme preferences found in cydia?

I don't know if it has the 7 icon dock support. Are you sure you are adding "http://cydia.*************/"?

Has anyone tested it on the iPhone 3G? What's with the performance, if so? Does it use a lot of RAM?
