Someone commented on my video wanting to know how much data does the RSS feed use? Anybody know?

1. The setting is in the Springjumps settings app.
2. Take icons for the theme's icons folder and drop them into the MMI themes folder.
3. It's the stacks icon
4. You can change it by modifying the psd in Photoshop and then saving as a PNG and dropping then new wallpaper into the theme using SSH

Great theme, here's my take :)
Mostly just changing the blue to grey in photoshop and re running the quick buttons to work on my 4 column setup (i don't have near enough apps to fill a 5 column setup!)
One of my app pages:

My homepage:

Let me know what you think!
Oh, and first post on these boards
Edit: Woah, tiny pics, click them for a bigger view.

thanks dazzastark.
1. the easiest way how to use other icons is just to install a complete icon theme from cydia.
(When you opening winterboard, my theme must be on top of the winterboard list !)
- or just copy some new icons from your favorite theme in the "icons"-folder of this theme, like dazzastark wrote.
2. The data usage must be minimal, you can check it in your iphone settings by setting the data usage to zero and then let i run one day with and without the theme! But as dazzastark wrote this are only some weather datas (no graphics) and some RSS Text, refreshed only every hour, this must be less than opening one webside a month
3. In complex themes with html-programming (weather, clock, rss) it is NOT possible to simply change the background ! You must rework the graphics with photoshop. You can replace the "Wallpaper.png" of my theme but would loose the blue clock and the transparent RSS-Background graphics.
Thanks to Vandam for the Installation guide !Last edited by Bluemetal; 12-07-2009 at 01:32 PM.

I opened the PSD included in the package and turned off the MMI Logo layers on both the lockscreen and wallpaper. Used the Futura font on a new layer correctly placed and saved. Hope that helps buddy.

Here's what I ended up with after a lot of tweaking.

The theme runs very smooth if you remove the RSS feed it seems. I had it removed from the home page but left the .js file in the theme folder and it seemed to lag more than it does now that I've deleted it completely. I also just didn't bother with stacks since it has issues.
Other than that I just made the background change and made the images on the main page slightly transparent.

It's very nice. I personally prefer to have the stacks icon because it allows quick access from any page and the home screen has less to look at. I only use my RSS feed for hockey scores so it's not a big memory drain on my 3GS.

I just finishe installing the theme. Can someone tell me how to get the icon labels to show. They all disappeared. I have the apps but no label underneath so I have no idea what app is what . I am running illumine, I made sure the modmyi theme is first on the list in winterboard also. Thank you

@dazz: i don't Know. It's somewhere in the Widget.html in the Feed part.
@money: I disabled the labels in the plist file (made them transparent). This is necessary because of the modified home screen icons and functions (blank icons). the other thing is that we use 5 icons in a raw and the labels would overlap. So you must learn your icons

I've looked everywhere. I can't seem to find it. It's too bad because I really was to change it to update in wider intervals. Oh well, thanks for you help any way.
BTW, could you respond to me on the changelog factor? I'm still on version 1.2.

dazza: sorry, i just managed to made one widget out of three and my html is very limited too.
And because of a carcrash and moving to windows 7 now and many other things in my live i forget the changes, but think it was only a bugfix, so nothing really necessary. If it works fine, leave it like it is.
