[Release] Complete Black&Red Theme

One of the most complete Themes on Cydia created by Bubbledeluxe. It changes your whole iPhones appearance from boring grey/blue to a sleek black/red. (Just subbmitted, will be availiable within the next 24 hours.)

It covers most of the native Apps, the whole UI and it actually solves the disappearing status bar problem which occures on many iPhone 3.X. The status bar will now always stay black/transcluent and never change to the disturbing gray/coloured one.

This Theme was created using elements of “KillSignCarbonRed” by Killsign, “iGlassSol” by Jesse Cheema and “3D Gauge” by Christian Ytterstorm. I thank them all for their great work!

The “Deluxe” carrier logo is not included. Change your carrier logo using “MakeItMine” availiable on Cydia.
Use “ReflectiveDock” availiable on Cydia and check “no docked icon lables” in Winterboard to have the same dock appearance as on the screenshots.

I uploaded it to BigBoss's Repository about 12 hours ago, so it should be availiable within the next hours. Otherwise I'll upload the zip and post the link here as soon as i get home.

Ok now, my theme hasn't yet been uploaded to the repository, so here's the link:

Black&Red by Bubble.zip

Unzip it and put it into /private/var/stash/Themes.xxxx
then activate via Winterboard.

Because this is my first complete Theme, it would be great if you could make a short comment if you downloaded it and about wheter you like it or what you think can be improved.
(I know that a few things in the Appstore, Maps and Calendar apps aren't done, i just didn't quite figure out how to fix them yet)

So I hope you'll enjoy!

I really like your theme, but there are some custom icons missing. Can you make some extra icons (I'll tell you the apps for) or provide us a .psd file/tutorials to make our own icons?

My Package still hasn't appeared on Cydia, hell knows why.. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to create custom icons for everybody, but you can easily do them on your own using photoshop.

- Google for a 30x30 icon
- Put the AppIconOverlay (from iGlassSol Overlay, availiable on Cydia) on top of it (you can change the transparancy a bit if you want, lets the color of the icon shine through). Download the .png here:
AppIconOverlay.png
- Save it as .png, name it exactly like the App (e.g. Facebook.app) and put it into /private/var/stash/Themes.xxxx/Black&Red by Bubble/Icons
- Respring

It would be very cool if you could send me your custom made icons, so I can collect them and maybe make an update sometime!

The tutorial on how to do them is one post above you...
I'ts pretty complicated to find the logo of an app, it's easier if you just google for it or use sites like PNG Icons & Icon Packs Download | IconsPedia - Free Icons

Well finally, after a pile of problems, my Theme is now up on Cydia and working! Already about 1000 downloads in about an hour! Nice!

Download "Complete Black&Red by BubbleDeluxe" from zodTTDs repository (much props to tesu from zodTTD for his instant troubleshoot assistance!) and let me know what you think about it!

i got your theme up and running.. im digging it. I changed it a little and made catagories to clean it up some. I put a lockscreen widget on as well which looks good with the background pic!

I got scared though... i kept hearing a Doh! and had no idea where it was coming from haha... HAD to remove that

My question is... i had changed my springboard.strings file, but i cant seem to get "slide to unlck" to change... was there something within your theme that is not allowing me to fix this?

Easy fix, ssh into the theme, and go into the UISounds folder and just delete them. that will put your stock ones back into play

Will do that in a next update. Until then you can solve it as padlock said. Thanks for that.
Abou the strings.. I just included a info.plist file in my theme, because of the fonts and stuff. Maybe you have to edit something there, but i can't tell you exactly as i didn't try to change the slide to unlock yet. Maybe you can just make a new theme folder with only the string you want in it, and put iz above my theme in winterboard.
But thanks for the props, it's nice to hear that people like my theme! Would be nice if you could post one or two screenshots, so i can see what my baby looks like with your changes

1st photo of the charging lockscreen with the widget on.

2nd photo of the home screen with the categories and iBlank was used to out the icons where i wanted them. I also added 5 row dock to get my contacts in there.

3rd photo is the layout inside the category.

BTW. sweet icons!! mad props on that!
