Got the month/day issue sorted (at least for me...for now). Turns out that the day text was set to black - so when the iOne theme was off, the text merged with the black background.
Anyway, I just changed the day text colour to same as the month, and changed the .month top value to 200.
I think this is the reverse of what you suggested - I moved the month up, rather than the calendar down?

Cydia
Winterboard
CBSSports
DirectTV
DirectTV Superfan
Mobile Theatre
Movies
Make it Mine
Pandora
Shazam
YouTube

I set up the ione theme on my 3g iphone I followed all the directions. For some reason in the calender app the month covers the days of the week. Can anyone help me with this problem.

Love this theme... the best for clarity and simplicity. DHarris you are a genius and i really like the white version with only the phone and calendar down below and a non 6 day forecast. There is no clutter at all and it looks amazing.
Quick question is there a way to edit the degrees to celcius in the weather widge on my desktop. Ive changed it in TWN application but i think maybe some text editing is nessessary? Please let me know.
thanks again

Yes. Very easy. Open up the iOne theme (if you are using the new download which combines everything into one theme) or the iOneWeather theme, go into the Private folder, and open the configureMe.js file. Where is says var isCelsius = false change to true and your good to go.

Hi masimo. I can help you out with this request. Basically what you want to do is this. You need to SSH into your iPhone. Navigate to the theme, once there, look for the file called Widget.html. Right click on it and save it to your desktop. Now, go to your desktop, right click on that file, and open with Notepad. Once you have it opened, locate the following string...
.month {
background-color:none;
font:bold 11px Helvetica;
position:absolute;
top:248px;
left:40px;
color:black;
}
What you want to do is modify the top: line and adjust it accordingly. I've got mine set to 248 which displays perfect for me. So, once you modified and saved this file, go back to your ssh tool, (I would suggest re-naming the current Widget.html file to org_Widget.html) as to not lose that file in case you need to revert back to it. Now, take the file you just modified, and upload it to the themes directory, re-spring your iPhone (basically just open up winterboard, check off the theme, and re-check it, this will re-spring your iPhone, and it should fix your issue.

RE: removing calender
This theme is a combo package. I also installed WX and Calender Combo, it is included in the start of this thread. I modified the iOne theme with my wallpaper colors icons etc.
So if you want to remove the calender, install just the weather theme included with the iOne release or modify the wx and cal combo widgets.xml and remove all cal entries and the reference to calender.js
I think that should work, I'll give it a try and repost shortly.
scratch that Idea !!! the widgets xml is beyond my knowledge. I would simply install the weather theme included with the iOne theme. No need to re-create the wheel.Last edited by ixopop; 11-16-2009 at 06:29 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
