PC dwnload for Glass Orb Theme

i was wondering if there is any website where i can dwnld the glass orb theme as cydia does not allow me to do it and neither does rock app ....

Well dont see why you dont email the maker and ask him but well worth it I love pogoplank, if you run into probs pm me im sure I can pass it on but cydia and rock are the easy way
