Well i ran with the Red Concept and decided to make a dedicated theme for it , it still has a few things missing which will arrive over time in a next released version , but for now i'll upload what i have for everyone to enjoy and hopefully join the building process

I have included the icon PSD in the Alternative Folder of the theme along with the Grey background set and Dialer

When Requesting icons Make sure you include the original icons and they are named correctly for the app/game

You have to ssh into the theme folder and replace Wallpaper with Wallpaper1. Rename Wallpaper1 to Wallpaper. The directory would be /var/stash/themes/IBOX Carbon Redglow v.1.theme. Hope this helps and you know how to ssh.

Is it possible to request icons for apps that dont have a custom icon as yet? Also any guide how to install new icons for existing apps ? Is it via SSH ?

Save your custom icons, making sure your icons are titled exactly (case sensitive) how the app name show on your springboard.

SSH to /Library/Themes/iBOX Carbon RedGlow v1.0.theme (or whatever theme you want), drop the .png icons in the "icons" directory, and respring.

also make sure you check the Icon Folder of the theme as some of those icons your requesting are likely included

Many thanks for the help guys.. Beejive was included. just wrongly named. renamed it in iphone and worked after respring.
