theme folder/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/en.lproj folder then edit the file SpringBoard.strings

Hey HOCKEY just a question how you manage to get some part of the icons and just keep the part that you really want to add it to the one you creating?????? for example in the post #860 i see you took the original and at the end you apply it to the red icon with out the background just the faces , is that so hart 'couse i've being trying and i can't do it.....

The AppIconOverlay.png in the UIImages folder should overlay the carbon frame on icons when I download new apps correct? Other people have asked about it but I haven't found any reasons for it not working.

i use the eraser tools and alot of free steady hand work , not all app and game icons can be made this way due to how busy the art work of the original icons are

ok so i think i've been lazy them , the eraser tool is not that easy to use, i have done ia couple like that also there one last thing i've been trying to do , is after i got the image out of the icons i play with the color tools but no way to get the image like dark silver or gray color but i will keep trying..thanks once again HOCKEY you're really the best.....

highlite the part you want grey then press and hold - CRTL + SHIFT + U to Desaturate
