Image 1 (lockscreen): The slider is a diamond with a white background? And the lock image at the top?
Image 2 (passcode): The image is a lock that was poorly 'erased' in paint. Use Paint.Net or GIMP to get real transparency, not just white erase.
Image 3 (springboard): The wallpaper is a retro apple with lines who's colors were taken from the color picker tool in paint. Real imaginative. /sarcasm
Image 4 (music player): You stole the Windows Perfection Music Player and used the paintbrush over it in a fifth-grade manner. The previous, next, and play are google images?

Advice?
I Hope that this comes out like constructive criticism...
I think you should start slow. Don't worry about theming everything in the device. Start by coming up with a well defined plan. Just start with a Wallpaper and Icons. A good theme takes a lot of thought and even more time doing and re-doing till you're happy. Over time and some other advise you'll get where you want. You have to also remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Not everyone will like what you like and vice versa.
The hardest part is knowing what to name a where to put all the damn files. Looks like you got that part down.
Measure twice cut once
Keep it up!
