Thanks! A follow-on question: the two speaker pics for the ringer/silent go in the theme 'com.apple.springboard', correct? I did that, and for some reason, the 'silent' speaker comes up when I set my phone to silent, but the stock Apple bell still shows. Not sure if I was supposed to put those icons somewhere else.
Also, for some reason I thought the transparent Apple might have been a function of ring/silent mode. So you're saying it's a 'normal' wallpaper, and not something tied to the ring/silent settings, correct?

In com.apple.springboard you should have put in 3 pictures:
ring
silent
speaker
They're all 87 x 87
Then in com.apple.mobileiphone you should have put in 2 pictures:
mute
speaker
They're the two toyvan posted as a rar
And yes, the apple background is just a wallpaper I applied.
