Not sure I understand your issue / question. If you put the lockscreen theme I posted (not my work, just helping someone find it) on your device and selected it from winterboard, you should have the "ivillian like" lockscreen with no battery images. Do a search for Hero Lockscreen if you want to find where the lockscreen was posted - there are a few vairants - like the many variations of the ivillian theme....

Hey guys, i noticed that on the htc lockscreen, Tuesday and Thursday is spelled wrong (Tuesday was spelled Tueday and Thursday was Thusday).

Just edit the lockbackground.html with winscp or notepad, ssh to replace the original file and voila!
