They are located in THEMES\PRO.theme\Folders\SpringBoard.app

Commercial? Thats odd cause there are tons of places you can download that font for free.....and Im talking about real font websites.

The reason I occasionally check in here is because of the keyboard issues that have been discussed.

Bank Gothic is a commercial font distributed by several foundries, including BitStream. I would never dare to distribute a commercial font in a commercial theme. It's just asking for a lawsuit.

And I would certainly be interested in a link to a single "real font website" that gives you Bank Gothic for free. I have not been able to find one. It's a great font.

Finally, it's not cool to pirate the PRO theme, but it's not cool to steal Bank Gothic either. Just saying.

hey bars love the theme, but i have one problem i cant get the sbsettings theme to apply every time i turn it on in winterboard I get a blurred image where the dock should be. I'm on a 3gs i don't know if that makes a difference or not but i go to sbsettings/more/manage themes but it doesn't show there and as soon as i uncheck it in winterboard the blurred image goes away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Muh, so there is a stipulation of distributing the font.......but I dont see anybody suing you over it anytime soon. If EBL can get away with his themes using microsoft, palm, etc....with only a warning.....I wouldnt worry to much about it. At any rate if people wanna use it, they can find it themselves.

I was just trying to be helpful. You are selling a package that contains copyrighted material. You can certainly do as you please and I am not demanding that you remove it. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy in complaining about someone taking your work and making it available to others, while you are doing the same with Bank Gothic.

As to your alternative, I would discourage you to post Bank Gothic on your website, just like you should not post Photoshop there for personal use.

There is no stipulation about the distribution of the font. That font is commercial, period. I thought MMi does not tolerate warez.

You as admin on this site should not condone this.

I fully support barsoverbeats theme as a commercial venture and it should NOT be made available for free anywhere unless he wants to. But we have to be consistent here. The same holds true for artistic work like fonts. You can't just cherry pick what can and what cannot be pirated.

^Oh I see, now we have to go through each and every theme with a comb, as there are probably also tons of images that are copyrighted and used in theming as well.

And per the rules I would also need to take your website out of your signature along with Bars....cause well thats against the rules as well

Its a font, get over it. If you really have that big of a problem with it, take it to p_f or Cash....they are the ones that released it on our repo.
