just to let you know i downgraded from 3.1 to 3.1 and had alot of 1015 errors come up just to have this theme

i deleted real racing, harbor master, flight control and other (good) games, braveheart, enemy at the gates, saving private ryan and black hawk down for this theme...so yeah, i like this theme

this theme looks great!! but i was wondering, since the themes is in landccape when you click on a something on the menu, lets say settings for example..it will take you to the phone settings, but im guessing it will switch to potrait..am i right? just wondering but i love your theme can wait for the release!!

yep, with 3.0 some apple apps(mail, notes) are made landscape, but settings isn't, so then -only if pear finds a way to switch that too- you have to turn your iPhone

Theme automatically had set itself up using pre-made blanks, placeholding webclips, and SpringBack.

I made 220 pre-made blanks, 20 for each page. Of course, it's up to the theme creator to decide how many blanks they needs for each page.

I'm hoping to have the blanks and placeholder webclips to automatically be installed into the iPhone without the need for SSH. Basically, the blanks, placeholders, and springback files are installed via repo... and all that is required of the user is to restore the springboard via springback.

There might be a way that even THAT can be automatic. Essentially the user downloads the theme via repo, resprings, and viola - theme is set up and ready to go (for the most part, minor changes for my theme would have to be made like choosing "favorite apps").

What do you think?

I tried to PM you about it but I guess you're PM box is full or something. Either way, of course.

I'll be making a package for theme developers to use along with a tutorial on how to prepare it.

Yeah k.nitsua, if you find a way to create it that would be great. I know it will save the devs some headaches trying to explain how to install the theme over and over again.

How slow does it make the iPhone 2G run? I've always wanted a realistic Mac theme and I have to say that this out of this world.

this theme is the tipping point for me going ahead and upgrading to the 3gs.....i, like others don't care how long the setup on this take cuz i'm pretty sure it will never be coming off of my phone....hell i might have to get the stand from his vid just to take the whole thing to class, take notes on it and get a laugh from the stares.

edit: hey stealth.....i think this theme might deserve front page modmyi coverage when its released....it really is that good.

I took the time to read this entire post and I'm liking the ideas. I realize this was asked a lot but do you have any idea of a guess release date. Days? Weeks? Months? :P

I too have just read this post in its entirety, and i cant wait for it to be released. And....I know this may be the third time or so....but, the question burning in everyone's mind is "Will this theme be free or will it be paid?" Forgive me if that question has already been answered, also i have a jail broken 3G but i haven't but i haven't been to interested in themes until now...just tweaks and what not(free apps\apts)...@pear: i know this a noob question but when you say the 3g version wont have widgets included, what exactly does that mean, and how will it effect the theme?
