Hi. I am having trouble adding the source. It is an xml file? Wouldn't I need a plist file?

im new to the whole iphone mod thing...
i was just wondering if i had to
jailbrake my iphone in order to
get this as a wallpaper.
and when i click the icon
it just shows me the .gif
u have for it.
