That's quite the arduous task you're asking. Keyboard theming is probably the hardest aspect of making a complete theme. You're best bet is to make your own.

Just take the iPhone default theme for winterboard (downloadable here at modmyi) and theme all the UIImages that begin with "kb-". There's no way you can make the keyboard look like that, but you can take the standard iphone keyboard layout and change the color scheme to look like that.

Give a shot, it won't hurt.
