My First Theme - Vuitton

Hi All,

After downloading and loving many themes that people have posted, I thought I would try my hand at it. This is a very simple minimalistic take on Louis Vuitton. I wasn't impressed with the ones out there and I certainly don't think this is the best or will be that popular but I like it and I thought it would be nice incase there was another LV fan out there looking for something different.

I included the psd files incase there are programs I missed (I really just did the ones I use) and it's quite simple since it's just the name of the app as the icon.

PLEASE let me know your thoughts!! I would love to improve next time I make another one. And if you know how to improve my Calender icon...very hard with the black text!

It's called Futura. I googled the LV font and that's what I got looks pretty proper.

I updated the calendar: thanks to my BF who thought it was better to leave blank and just show the Epi. Here it is. Also, working on lightening the dock and if I have time, I'll probably darken the logo in the back to accommodate the lighter gray epi.

you mean dock? Saying something sucks doesn't really help make it better. I appreciate your opinion but what could make it not suck would help too. Thanks.

This is really cool! I've never seen yours before. The ones I found on installer didn't impress me. Can I ask for the psd files so I can add icons on your theme or can you create more icons? Thanks!!

I'm glad you like it, I too wasn't impressed with the Louis Vuitton skins and so I had made my own one ages ago and thats why the icons haven't been updated coz now I got bored with the background and use the stock ones instead. lol. I take it you are familiar to modifying icons and know where the summerboard files are located. If you know, what I remember doing was that I had got my icons from the mystique theme, and from there I had extracted its icon files and changed the colour of them to gold and then added the modified icons onto my Louis Vuitton icons folder. I hope that helped. If not PM me and I will try and explain it a little better.

Very cool. Really love the minimalistic theme! Where can I download it?
