the background wont change with the weather. it just stays dark with the moon. I did what you said at the beginning of the thread.

Changing my zip code and changing everything to true is not helping the background on my itouch. It's still Hanoi, Mostly cloudy 25Degrees. And I did everything you listed in the instructions and it's still not working D:. I can't even move the icons to the side like you did.
