[Release] Android w/ Slide out Menus
New approach to an old theme.
Used the UI and some icons from android perfection (credits to ebl4287, that guy's a theming genius)
the rest of the icons were found on the web.
WHATS SPECIAL ABOUT THIS VERSION?
i used winterboards ability to have different wallpapers (exploited by the inav skins) and made somewhat of a menu thing as found in the android OS.
Just slide your finger from one screen to another to simulate opening the menus
heres a preview:
SET UP?
move all your icons to the second page and leave a blank icon on the first page.
have fun

if you guys dont like the android theme, feel free to customize by replacing the icon/UI set.
the only crucial file needed for this concept is the Page0.png and Page1.png
the rest is quite generic.
and feel free to post any modifications or deviations you guys have created. who knows, we might be able to create the next killer theme together?

This might be obvious, already in an easy tutorial, or implied by your original post, but I'm very new at theme creation, so go easy on me...
Can you clarify the process used to make your first and second home screens have different backgrounds? I really like the concept of this theme, and want to incorporate a similar style in my next.
Thanks in advance for any help.

hey,
you dont have to do anything. as long as the files Page0.png and Page1.png are in your theme folder, it should automatically enable the different page backgrounds.
yeah i was pretty amazed myself when i realized that winterboard had this build in all along.

sry here it is

and im not sure if i can get new icons for it since the icons are stripped from the acutal android theme. unless someone makes brand new icons for the iphone appstore downloads, not sure how well this will work.
nevertheless, you should look into using categories. inside categories, all my apps use their stock icons since i don really care how they look in there.

Why does it seem like the blank icons keep coming back everytime I respring? I deleted the webclips file from the theme and just use a few iblank apps for the Page 0. Yet, everytime I delete the extra blanks that make a third page they return when I respring. Also, it seems that sometime when that happens also the battery will read 0 and it wont show my signal bars or wifi bars even though i am connected? Any ideas?
