    Default HELP! How to install themes onto iPhone 3G from Macook?

    Can anyone offer me an updated DIY Guide or tell me themselves how I can install themes from my Macbook to my iPhone 3G? I have tried searching the forums, but I could not find anything updated. Please Help!
