Milk Theme Missing Icons

I recently downloaded and installed the Milk theme from Cydia and I'm trying to change back to my previous Inav theme but I can't find my Apps icon so I can do that.

I've read some posts about them disappearing because the text is white and the background is. If this is the case, how do you fix it?

Lastly, how do you get the rid of the links to the internet on any of the Inav themese? The blank spaces are not visible but they are present and they link you to the internet.
