some of my icons are definately in the icons folder but wont update with the silver border, how do i fix this?

make sure they are named whatever the display name is under the icon whenever you turn the theme off. So disable the theme in WinterBoard and jot down the name under the icon you are trying to change and you wiull need to name the icon that (case sensitive)

so i have to find the original icon and rename it to match the one in the icon folder? maybe im a newb

ohhhhh i know what your saying? how do i get the names back under the icons? the theme makes it so they arent there

^Turn the theme off, then copy them down.

SSH into the phone then go to /Library/Themes/iElegance.theme/Icons and change the name of the icons for whatever app.

any idea how to get SwirlyMMS to change over icons, it has a little exponent 2 after the SwirlyMMS so i cant type it in EXACTLY without that little 2

Any ideas on getting SwirlyMMS to change I can't copy the name EXACTLY cause it has that stuipid little 2 after the name and Bars how can I donate I love this theme plus I'm gonna need a few icons

just copy and paste that to the Swirly icon and that should fix it.

Btw, holding ALT and typing 0178 will create that little 2.

This is my first post and I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Barsoverbeats and the others for making this theme so cool. I am neewbie to the iphone and downloaded it from cydia and it is the Lick !!

wow i cant get the SwirlyMMS² icon to change for the life of me ive copied and pasted and even hit alt 0178 to get the little 2 after SwirlyMMS and it still wont change, it changes the name back to SwirlyMMS%B2.png each time, any thoughts?

actually it wont even let me do alt 0178.

If you install Rename from Cydia you can change the name of the App so it doesn't have that annoying '2' anymore. Give the new icon the same name and respring and it should work.
