Hey there

I recently upgraded my firmware to 3.0 and I'm having some issues with iElegance. The icons are not showing complete, only the lower-left corner of the icon shows.

It's probably some configuration issue on my phone as other themes seem to work ok. (I'm a windows user sorry)

Any suggestions on how to correct this? This is the best theme there is and I'm hating not being able to use it right now.

Update WinterBoard to the latest revision. This will fix your issue.

The version that has this fixed is... 0.9.2939-1

hmmm funny.. that version of Winterboard is not available through Icy although I can see it in the info page. Any suggestions on how else I can get the most recent one?
My Cydia doesn't work, that's another issue I have with 3.0

I dont really use icy, so If my cydia didnt work after my jailbreak, I would have jailbroken it again. Im working on a better answer....

What I do with a stubborn cydia is refresh, reboot, refresh...

Did you install Cydia and Icy when you jailbroke? If so, that may be your problem with Cydia. I had to restore and re-jailbrake to solve the problem.

If you are receiving an error when trying to update Cydia that is the problem. There may be a better fix out by now but thats what I had to do.

I had similar problems after jailbreaking with redsn0w 0.72 with installing cydia together with icy. you should re-jailbreak with 0.71 without icy.
Immediately after the jailbreak update cydia completely and everything works fine...
You should rejailbreak IMO to prevent further problems in future

That was exactly the problem!!
After many tries I restored/jailbreak my iphone installing only Cydia without Icy and everything works perfect.
I was able to get the newest version of Winterboard (not available in Icy) and iElegance works great as usual!

Thanks for the help guys and again, amazing job with the theme!
I can't wait for PRO.

Hello,

I have 2 problems with my theme. First my SMS icon would not use the icon from the theme. I renamed it a couple of times to pick a dfferent icon but no luck. Also the keyboard is not the one from the theme. I always get the original keyboard.

Any idea what the problem is?

Under 3.0 the SMS icon name is Messages

Changed the name to Messages and same thing, icon is the original one not the one from the theme.

Hi Flauca,
Best way to fix this problem is to disable any theme and to have a look at how your SMS icon is named on the screen. In english/american version seems to be "Messages", in my german version it is "Nachrichten". i dont know where youre living, so maybe its different from this two.
The problem with the keyboard is well known and is related to winterboard. The hopefully upcoming update of winterboard will fix this.
