hey doreen my start menu is not working and i dont know why i followed all the directions... any insight?? Also.....

Another thing I wanted to do was add a contacts folder icon from vista computer for the address book icon.

Create a category named "Start"

I put my theme on the back burner (I was trying to incorp moonphase into mine) but when you released yours I pretty much tossed mine out the window for a while but I have to finish that up as I promised a few ppl I would.

But I love your theme ebl great work and attention to detail, I'm enjoying all the other elements you busted your behind skinning (specially enjoying the category start menu extremely clean!)

thanks doreen! im a little pissed because the start menu could've been ALOT cleaner but The categories app makes the background.png looks fuzzy. It decreases the quality.. for example: open the actual background.png on your computer..its very different and clear...it took me a week to get the start menu to look perfect

You need to tap the litte "i" thing on the bottom right hand corner of the start category and turn on "use background.png"

Correct, i figured that out with a little playing still loving this theme

Id like to see mainly a keyboard in this theme, aswell as maybe a mail skin? just to make it more of a complete UI.

Have attached the safari theme below which ive just knocked up, to use it just drop the enclosed folder into "private/var/stash/Themes.(your numbers here)/VistaPerfection.theme/Folders" and ofcourse respring. If this causes any issues with you ebl just PM me and il sort it with you just trying to be helpfull.

Using WinSCP
Library -> Themes -> Vista weather (1st) Theme -> Private -> Configureme.js (double click to open)

Once this opens go to the 5th line down and where it says var locale = "New York, New York" Change that to your local zip code I.E. Var Locale = "19701" is my local zip

OK when i SSH and download this file, well when i open it it opens blank..... little help

Here are a couple icons you will need for the calculator so it doesn't show the old style when you open it, and also replaces the old AC button.

Just put it into:

VistaPerfection 4.0\VistaPerfection 4.0\Folders\Calculator.app\

When you are in a call the time of the current call doesn't display. Plus it doesn't tell you if it's a mobile or home call.

I got everything to work fine, but, I want to know how to get the start menu. I see it is used that is in catagories, but is it just an image or actually usable?

try editing the "lockbackground.html" in all folders. put a ";" behind the html so it should now read "lockbackground.html;" and that should solve your problems with the calls
