well i think it looks nice. and it is certainly different i think you should keep improving it. oh and for the lock-clock hide problem, there is a package on cydia called "Clock Hide" if you still need it

as for this theme, i would do nothing more than the dialer, and maybe the lock screen.

there's not much room to do anything here

for the icons, make categories in a menu screen?

for example, i press menu, ( say shortcut to page 3 ) and on page 3 you have it set out with like a razr menu in categories folders
