please critique my first iphone theme
these are some icons i made for my new iphone which arrives tomorrow. some of the icons are from open source icon sets or fonts. please critique~
the apps, in order:
cal, voice record, pics, cam
weather, maps, notes, sketch
sms, aim, rss, youtube
install, finder, clock, prefs

Wow! Very nice! I'm totally down with minimal themes, and I love the limited use of color.

Those are pretty nice. Especially for the minimalists. But I think with all the new apps coming out so often it might be good to have a set with text so people know what they are. I've had a phone from day one and have kept up to date on most of the mods and I had to think a bit to figure out what some of them were.

yeah i would consider adding text if people are actually interested in this design. i'm planning on using summerboard and having all of the extra apps on the next page. most of these icons are pretty generic though, and could be swapped with different apps. for instance, i plan on using mobiletextedit instead of notes.
i'm hoping i can do something like this with transparent png and some background switcher app~

You're going to have problems with your calendar icon...it's going to look weird when the phone puts the day and date over it.

the only one i have fully developed is my third attachment. It looks great on my iPhone, but i don't want to distribute them freely! If you are really interested, send me your email address and i will send you a zip.

well... The op DID say he didnt wanna distribute the theme freely. So you'll have to email him to get it. He said so in the post before yours :S
