Hey ebl, I tried to make an icon myself, and I can't get it to work. all I should have to do is put the .png file in the theme folder under icons and have it named the same as the program right? I tried making a PDAnet.png and putting it in the folder, but no go. Help is appreciated. If you can help me, then I can make all the icons myself so you dont have to.

Nevermind,i just noticed it was Case Sensitive, no need to do my icons ebl.

ok whoever can help, i included icons that are missing (bank of america, nes, installer, reminder, vwallpaper) from my perfect storm 1 theme so if you can use them to make new ones .... here we go ... thanks to whoever can help me out!

Hey everyone.. At the bottom i have attached a set of psd adjusted so there is no gap at the bottom of the screen. (see screen shot)

The psd's maid by ebl break down in pretty much 2 groups. Group 1 would be the glass over lay. There are three differnt types of glass over lays you can play around with. Shaded, glass and highlight. all of these are differnt layers and can be enabled or disabled to get the look you want. So i have put these in a "glass overlay" group in the layers window.

goup 2 would be the actual graphic for the icon. Through out the eight psd's ebl made out was differnt icon graphics. so what i have done is made a second group called "icons" and put all of the icon graphics that ebl made in every psd. So this will make is very easy for anyone to put any program in any position.

I have packed them up exactly the same way ebl did, mine are just organized a lil better, and positioned so that there is no gap at the bottom of the screen (see screenie).

included:

left, midleft, midright, and right undocked psd's
left, midleft, midright, and right docked psd's

(again all psd's have all icon graphics, so you can enable and disable what ever you dont want for what ever position on your spring board)

Also i have made the calendar icon so it will display the current date rather than 31 all the time. so you will have to replace the perfect storm 2.0 info.plist with the one included in the package.

If you plan on using a background that is graphical, like the one i have on my springboard, then you will need to replace the dock.png with a transparent dock.png file or there will be a think black line at the bottom of your screen.

I also want to state i did not do this to make anything better. i simply did it to make my springboard look the way i wanted it to.. So all credit goes to Ebl, with out him i would have no theme.. lol

i have tried so hard the last couple of days trying to make wide icons and i have failed everytime. i do not understand what i should do with these psd files. I open it up on photoshop and tried to copy it over into the psd file and than i fail. I am unsure of what i am suppose to do. any help would be really appreciated.

You know I jumped the gun I like your icon sets I just 5 icons to be done sorry

Also a phone dock icon there's a left over white spot on the icon.

I seem to have run into a limitation for creating blank icons. Meaning I've created them and have approximately 26 blank icons and no matter how many additional ones I create they will not display on the SB. Any suggestions?

Not sure if anyone beside elb is working on additional icons, but I do have a few request.

For German -not only :-)-guys, I have changed the description on the icons in German language and many new icons add. The icons are sortet left, right ect.

Hallo, habe die Storm icons bearbeitet und die Beschreibung in Deutsch geändert! Zusätzlich sind einige der Deutschen AppStore Programme als icon dabei. Die icons sind sortiert an welcher Stelle sie stehen sollten!

There's a limitation on how many pages of icons you can have, and I think its 9 or 10 pages. Need to get the categories app and put the icons in categories.

Thanks for this info. I'm currently using categories and only have 4 pages of icons. There appears to some blank icon fix within SBSetings. After using that I was good to do.
