need a little help

Hi, I was wondering if someone would be willing to help me out, I have no wifi where i live, and no access to wifi through out my day so i therefore cannot ssh into my iphone. I read on the summerboard website that that is how you can make your own theme. I was hoping someone would make a theme using this image as the wallpaper

and using the the dock from the summerboard theme "summerboard" that is part of the 5 themes included upon download of the summerboard app.
if someone would help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes u can use it w/o wifi
it connects via usb

and... i dont knwo if u need bsd, dont think so
