The blank icons included in the zip file say "UNTITLED" under them when used. How is that avoided? I'm using blanks from Cydia in the meantime.

download the zip file ad uncompressing.
put in /var/mobile/Library/Themes/bbstorm/
attention you have bundles folder on theme bbstorm backup folder for return hold slider.

I'd like to help make some too but need a tutorial.

I'm really not doing myself completely.
I try in black and white images google and apply filters with fireworks4, it takes only patience with the cleaning up of icon that is on line, unfortunately not a great designer.
