I was using a black wallpaper so i just made all my icons black.

how do i set the permissions?

ok so how do i do this? i downloaded the file and unzipped it to a renamed file, then i used winscp to tranfer it into themes on the iphone, opened it with winterboard, saw it there, selected it, the phone restarted and the settings werent changed.. What m i doing wrong?

Everything should be perfect controls only the permissions if necessary
