I don't honestly care about who drops it, whatever... If you say you are going to make a theme, make it... but I'd rather someone say 'Okay, I don't have the time or w/e, here's what i've done hopefully someone can finish it" rather then "Sure, I'm almost done" and then waiting over 2 weeks to hear any reply after that...
So basically, if you're in, you're in. But save both us and you the trouble of being 50-50 into this project and no one winning.
