im not sure what file your talking about..but other-ver_169.png is Other2.0-226.png inside the 2.0 other.artwork file

and for use with winterboard its name is:
UICompletionTableShadow.png

Which directory is Your Theme? Is this the directory of the theme I am currently using (i.e. Clarity)? Will this change anything else about the theme?
