I'm having the same issue. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to edit the Java Scipt file or the html file... If someone could post the file(s) with the default springboard location that would be helpful! Or even a screenshot showing where to place the noSecond command and what file to place it in... Thanks in advance!!!

Yeah, I found out the website was a little misleading with the way the code was originally written. To disable the second hand open up "moreskins.js" and delete the following for "SwissRail"

Here is a work in progress right now. It is a modification to the MobileNotes.app. I changed it up to look like Microsoft Office 2008 for OSX:
icon on folder:

Main page:

Notes page:

I had the Office for OSX as the Default.png so you see the app loading just like you would when you open Word on your computer...but for some reason it is not working withing cateories....oh wellLast edited by Bear Hunter; 11-08-2008 at 01:12 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Thanks again! Worked like a charm. That should free up my CPU some and help a little with battery life!

Hey guys!
Is it possible to put the mobile slide show from this forum into our theme? I think this is just a nice idea but i don´t no, how to mod it... What do you think?
-

I don't see a link or a pic...so I am assuming:
If your talking about adding something from another theme to this one....like the dialerkeypad and calculator...then yes you can. Just look at where the folder for that modification is within the theme you want to take from...and put in the same place inside your leopard theme.

Well, after a bit of confusion and slowly acquiring the right pieces to put this thing together, this is what I came up with so far:
now, can anyone tell me how to get the temp under "Baton Rouge" to be to the right of it instead of underneath? I would like to move my city to the left and bring the temperature up to be on the same line. What do I have to edit to acomplish this?
thanksLast edited by whodatfan; 11-08-2008 at 10:44 AM.

Bear, i´m talking about that: http://www.modmyi.com/forums/new-ski...slideshow.html
Is it possible to create something like that an put it in our layer from leopard? Or is it a bad idea, because it doesn´t look great? I´m searching for more moddings for this really nice theme, you know...

I deliberately did not include the spaces icon in the taskbar for the the plug and play because it looked misaligned on some peoples screenshots (covering up their time, etc). My advice is to download the Master PSD file...and just take a little time to play with it... It's not that hard and is pretty intuitive...(just dont overwrite the Master PSD until you are sure you know what your doing). PSD version allows to to choose to either show or not sow the spaces in the taskbar...it gives you the option to use an aluminum taskbar. It allows you to save wallpapers within the Master PSD by simply dragging the wallpaper into it....so next time you feel like switching wallpapers you simply click the little "eye" to the right (layers) to display or not display, then save as "Wallpaper.png".
Seriously guys...if you want full customizable options in order to take advantage of this and take it to a higher level....download a trial version of PS....or get GIMP and start learning.
Everything I learned about PS was self taught. If I wanted to learn how to do something (because I had a bright idea) ....I did a google search.... for example "Photoshop, How to crop pictures with rounded corners".... you'd be surprised at how many online tutorials are out there with pictures...you just need to take the time and do it....There is also something to be said about doing a modification yourself and seeing the results on your phone. Like I stated early in this thread....I am only one person, my hope is that others with basic knowledge of PS will help out....and I hope you guys who don't know how to use it get inspired to learn....which is why I included everything I created in the Master PSD. That is the only way your going to be able to take it to a higher level without relying on others.
Rulez,
Short answer....Yes it is possible
...the picture frame would be what goes in your Master PSD. I have not downloaded that, but my assumption is it will be another html modification...(possible conflicts with weather..unless you know what your doing) Looks like simple wallpaper rotation (modified size), but I could be wrong.
Your pic is not showing up. Have you tried changing the font size of your city or the temp, or moving the text container-up, down, left, right? I have not figured out how to get the temp on the other side of the weather icon.Last edited by Bear Hunter; 11-08-2008 at 10:49 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

I spoke too soon... I woke up this morning and my clock was stuck at 11:45pm... I removed lines 16-19 just like as shown in the pic above and it seems to have disabled the clock altogether??? I replaced it with the original js file for now... Any ideas on what I may have done wrong?

Let me look into it brother...I'll play around with the code and see if I can disable the second hand then check back 5 minutes later to see if the minute hand has moved.
Like I stated before guys....I'm not a code expert....I just hack until things work. My method is to back up all the original files...then create a "working" folder ...and make adjustments to where I *think* it makes sense. 99% of the time I end up being successful, but it involves trial and error and of course resprings.
So while I will look into it....I am hoping there are other people out there that might take the initiative to help solve this as a community....because these are tweaks to allow other options with this theme. The beauty of that is the fact that this theme does not look like everyone else's out there. Even if they are running the same theme. You can customize to your hearts content and make it look just like your desktop. It never gets old to me..., because you can make it look totally different if you want it to...which is why I provided all the resources necessary in the Master PSD.
I appreciate all the contributions and help....please keep them coming.Last edited by Bear Hunter; 11-08-2008 at 12:44 PM.

Well, made a few more changes in the past hour like neo tech font and calendar colors. I'm really loving this theme now that I have gotten past some of the problems and fine tuned this puppy to my liking. That neo tech font just sets the phone off!!

check it out here and download the ultimate leopard 3.1 to your computer. It is HUGE and has a shopping malls worth of files, icons, well, just everything you could possibly use or want. It is a huge complete leopard theme, but I just shop it frequently for bits and pieces.
