ookay...

look great!

however... I unrared it, and then ssh'd it into root/library/themes (the katra_weather.themes folder)

Winterboard saw that it was there, I checked it...

locked the screen annnnd...

My wallpaper.

Can anyone guide me in my stupidity of getting this up? It looks great and I really want to use it!

WOW!!!!

Can't wait to get home n change it to show my location instead of Boston LOL. Unless there is a way to edit the file directly on the iPhone without using WBapp?

Also would it be possible to include status notifier with this as I use the lockscreen notifications, is it as simple as combining the info from the 2 seperatr HTML files into one file?

Its working fine for me, Although the font is much smaller on my phone than in your screenshot. Pretty sure I can fix that.

^^Worked for me a treat, I had to have it right up the top of W/board to get it to work, I was able to enlarge the font & changed color looks wicked cant wait for the animated version.

/me claps! Beautiful work katra "Thank you!" but like Chefanim said the font is small (though I might like it small not sure yet) since I use intelliscreen it might be better small.

im sorry folks, but i must be something WAAAAY wrong. I've turned off all of my winterboard stuff, and only had this checked, and still nothing.

Is there a dependency that I should be aware of?

For Wallpaper issue's...Just Remove the "Wallpaper.html" file from the theme.....

your springboard should now show your wallpaper...!!

I AM SORRY!!!!

I am a complete DOOFUS running on 6 hours of sleep for the past two days...

When I unrared the file I just copypasta'd it right into /library/themes. Meaning I copypasta'd katra_weather.theme ALONG WITH katra weather.theme sub directory.

I am terribly sorry for my stupidity!

OR, while you are editing configureMe.js to setup your location, comment the wallpaper line out by adding // at the start of the line var enableWallpaper:

//Enable Wallpaper and/or Lock Screen
//var enableWallpaper = false; //true|false

Edit this file:

Allrighty man, very cool! I am awake now, and able to not speak out my arse :-)

Couple of things i would like to comment on merely for constructive criticism. It's still a great great app!

1) The images are a little too small in my opinion. We've got all this black empty space on the lock screen, don't be afraid to use it!

2) This is actually kinda funny, but usually when I see this screen the most is when I am driving. i have my phone on in a holder and I like to charge it while I am driving. Well what happens is, is that the battery is right underneath the cloud images, and when I am looking at it it looks like the battery is smoking!

So what I am suggesting is perhaps modifying the battery overlay to either being smaller or moved somewhere else. Or maybe just changing the image entirely!

These two suggestions of course don't change the quality of this d/l. I just thought it might get things to look a bit cleaner in presentation.

A1 quality my fellow modder! I can't wait for the animated version to come out!

Oh, and this ought make you feel good, cause I know that it would make me feel good, but it showed up in Cydia today for all the world to sample!

I agree on the bigger images. I have mine on a blank page so I think it looks a bit small. Doreen's sizes were better imo.

i will release a new version called Katra Weather HD...

first version icons= 200x240

HD version= 320x320

more detail.. looks freaking awesome..!!

Ok guy's..you are in for a treat !!!

my HD version (non-animated) will be released tonight..!! it's gonna make you wana check your weather every 10 minutes!! ...

it is a beatifull update...!!! :lol:

HD icons are 320x320 ...so much detail....just a beauty....

also, there is going to be no "slide to unlock" on the screen for the HD...

There is only one thing that people may not like, and it's that when you get a call while locked...the "slide to answer" BG does not show...only the green button shows...:-!

im pretty sure one of you guy's will figure it out...

i dont want to keep you guy's waiting any longer for this version...so stay tuned....
