Thread: [Release]....FlipDark & FlipLight

    Default [Release]....FlipDark & FlipLight
    So I got some free time, and decided to speed some of this along...

    Here's my latest work in progress..

    [SIZE="5"][B]EDIT (10/11): Links Here!
    ........ REMOVED per KillSign the creator of the icons.

    One of the image sizes is high resolution (600x400 I think)
    That way you all may re-size them as you see fit...

    Here's an example of one of the images....
    Should be good enough to re-size / re-color if you like...

    EDIT: Link to images (Dark only for now) : Flip Clock Images

    How do you put a picture in the status bar?

    The image in the status bar, is located here for themes: /private/var/stash/Themes.XXXXX/FlipDark/Bundles/com.apple.ATT_US/Default_CARRIER_ATT.png

    Specifically: Default_CARRIER_ATT.png is the file (for ATT users) I don't remember exactly where it is on the phone, but put it where I listed above, and Winterboard will move it for you...

    Houdini, great stuff here...I am digging this theme very much....hope it will become live soon. thx.

    One thing though, when the phone is on the sleep-mode..the clock stops working...when you turn on the phone...the minute gets updated but the hour doesnt...a re-spring needs to be done to get the clock working properly again...can we fix the wallpaper.html ?????

    Default Try this out...
    I know several folks are waiting on me for this, so here's my current work in progress...

    (Link REMOVED per KillSign the creator of the icons)

    It's a full theme, so feel free to edit as you see fit!

    It's a 4MB download as it has the LARGE and small Flip Digits in a .zip file inside.
    (You Do Not need to install the FlipImages.zip, it's only there for the modders who want those images to play with)

    Simply take the FlipDark directory and copy it to your Theme directory
    (you should probably rename it to FlipDark.theme to be consistent)

    Let me know if that happens with My theme...
    there was a known problem with the 1st version that I posted, and Sojo used, but this version should have fixed that...

    let me know...

    I can reverse the colors, but it may be a day or so, I don't personally like white background for the flip digits, but I understand most others do...

    (and I'm too lazy to do all 10 images right now..)

    Thank you! Do have to configure any files? If yes, which to what?

  19. #14
    If you swap some of the background Wallpapers, you can get this:

    For the Weather, just like any of the weather themes, you need to edit the configureMe.js to match your locale
    Code:
    var locale = '19702'
    It's in the FlipLight/Private directory.

    Will do so! Thanks. By the way: How did you managed, that the weather for the next few days appears as preview?

    I use that for my main Categories folder. Mostly 'System' utilities stuff.

    I'm not quite understanding your question...

    What did you mean by 'Preview'?

    The weather across the bottom is a script from MacTheme forums...
    MacThemes Forum / [Theme]WeatherWidget - Pretty Weather for Winterboard
    "productred" did a great job extending the weather to a full week.

    It's an enhancement to an that I was working on a while back.
    As the main driver program for all these 'Weather' wallpapers is actually able to get lots more data than what's displayed.

    Did that help?

    Can you maybe post a copy of the Wallpaper.html without the weather widget by change?
