I do have a working android clock, its posted in the 3rd to 5th pages of the topic, i dont remember well, but its working nicely.

the clock is skinned using css in the js file moreskins.js you can adjust the border around the clock, the size and color of the minute hand, hour hand, second hand, and the ticks around the border. thats it. i put a white circle behind it on the wallpaper and then made the clock icon transparent in the middle so that the hands show through it.
