cellmonsters just look at the default name on your home screen of the icon that is not changin and then SSH to the orbz icon folder and find that icon and rename it exactly case senseative and abbriviations are important

and my spelling sucks!!!...hahaha

will work on more icons soon

Thank you .. I will surely give this a try no doubt. i managed to get things working when putting it in one folder but i will try the icon issue and report back .

great theme, got it on Cydia. Is anyone having problems getting the sliders and lock screen to work ??? Mine go back to the default ones when I select them in Winterboard. Maybe I messed up something in SSH.

no you did not mess anything up apparently you are having the same problem as i am.. try putting the com.apple.something folders inside the main orbz folder .. mine did the same thing when i selected them separately. i was able to use the full theme when putting the com.apple. folders into the main folder

I would just ask Hockey to post a link to a tutorial how to make that special Orb with all the fx and layer styles ..... of cource if u made it in PShop , anyway... doesn't mather.... post the tutorial for any graphic software you used to make that orb

ya i am not sure why Cydia/Winterboard is breaking the theme Sub folder out of the main theme folder , but ya thats the cure to place everything back into the main theme folder

Hey lol well this is weired, after i was having issues with getting the theme to work, now i am giving a shot at creating icons.

Its my first one so unless someone can create a better one.. let me know.

I was trying to create an icon for Pageonce and TipTap but i cant seem to be able to open up the icon.png for these 2 apps.

here's a handy tool i use alot for converting MAC.png files to windows

place your icon.png in the PNG folder then run iPhoneFixPng.exe and it will then create a windows version in the Fixed Folder

Enjoy

P.S. this is just a example cellmonsters , try to reduce your icon for that the main focus and detail of the icon is not lost to much , but your definitly on the right track, keep up the good work

So i re-did the icons and was able to make the ones for Tiptap and Pageonce.

nice work cellmonsters......keep them coming

i made a new set of SMS balloons and a matching SBBadgeBG , the change si made was to change the gloss effect to a smoked glass which give the SMS bubbles more of a clear stretch in larger chat bubbles, and the SBBadgeBG is more suttle with a more glass look

Your instructions on page 3 are pretty much very easy. i used Fireworks though since i mostly work on graphic designs for websites. I didnt think i would be able to use those skills to create additional icons.
