The icon drop down thing is an app called stacks. It is available in Cydia.

Working on them right now. I can get the app store ones tonight but I don't have access to the cydia ones this weekend. I am out of town and can't ssh into my phone. If you can post a screenshot showing the ones from cydia I can pull them off that. Until then I will get the app store ones and upload in a few minutes.

You can try downloading ReflectiveDock, from Cydia. This tweak takes care of the reflection of your dock. Don't know if it also works with orbz, or the orbz dock, but give it a try

That's a known problem with orbz. It turn your menu(s) into black. We didn't figure out how it is possible (at least i didn't), so i can't do as much on that point.
