If you don't want to change the original files, just create in theme directory folder Bundles, next, for the change SMS Ballon, in Bundles folder create one more folder named com.apple.MobileSMS, and drop here files Balloon_1 , Balloon_2, and Winterboard automacly change it, when you need to backup, just turn off theme from Winterboard or delete files from folder Bundles) Same steps to change Battery: in Bundles folder create com.apple.springboard folder and drop here Battery icons, also for sliders, in Bundles folder create folder named com.apple.TelephonyUI and drop here slider icons: bottombarknobgray.png bottombarknobred.png bottombarknobgreen.png

yes a few days ago i edited the theme folder to be compatible for Winterboard and put everything in the proper sub fodlers to make the install clean and easy for every, just waiting of a few things before i update the thread with the newest version

Ok, maybe someone with more knowledge than me can help me out on this one.

I downloaded this theme from cydia and when i go into winterboard i have 4 options for it.. which are orbz battery, orbz sliderz, orbz SMS bubble, orbz.theme. Now, when i select all 4 of them, only the icons is applied but nothing else. Aside from the fact that the icons are the only thing that change, some icons fail to change to the new one as if its not available in Orbz when in fact they are there.

Now, when i SSH into the device and download the theme from this forum, since the folder itself is only 1 folder, i am then able to apply the whole theme with everything from bubbles to battery. the only problem i have on this is that i still have some icons that do not change at all.

I am totally fine with editing the theme thru SSH and changing bubble colors and such, but what i cannot figure out is how to change some icons that are not updating despite the new orbz icon being in the icons folder. One of the software in question is insomnia which will not change to the new icon at all.

I currently have the iPhone 3G, jailbroken with 2.1.
installed: att custom carrier, backgrounder, talking alerts, bossprefs, cycoder, glossy dialer, mobile substrate, status notifier icons, wifi toggle.

every other theme works expect for this one. I also tried changing the permissions the on orbs theme but nothing.

So anyone has any other recommendations?
