It's a bit better, I think you have to cut it a bit deeper. It's overlapping the icons on the left. Here's how it looks:

Problem is : I can't get the 7-icon dock on my iPhone. So I can't try it myself.

For the 7-icon dock, all you need is Supreme Preferences.

@hkhero : I made these with your screenshot as example. If these are not OK, then I'll give up.
Supreme Preferences doesn't work yet on iPhone fw > 3.0 So I can't even install it from Cydia to test the icons myself. Too bad, because I wanted to try them before uploading.
