Hey JoOsty, here are my dock icons, and a couple of the ones I was working on in the angled perspective (think flow style). My computer crashed on my while I was putting them together (the angled icons) before I could save them. As a result, I lost them all. I started playing with the idea again recently while making some 3.0 icons, but i only saved a couple. So I only have the rough versions of SMS angled left and right at the moment. Once I get the time to finish the music player skin, I plan on getting back to the whole dock flow thing. let me know if you have any questions.

it's looking good it sucks that your computer crashed right on that moment but i'm looking forward to see the result.

btw: are there any requierments for a dock?? what has to be the total length, height?? etc??

first of all: liveclock did work??

the folder i have to change is: /private/var/stash/Themes.5pdjw2/Katra Weather Icon.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard but the Katra Weather Icon part can be slightly different.

If you really can't find em make a list of all your winterboard things (or screenies) so we can check it out.

Btw i suppose you already got the weathericon thing to work, but only want to change the background?? Or do you even don't already have the weather icon pack (if so just search in cydia for "weather icon" and dowload one of the packages (such as Katra Weather Icon)

Like I said, I don't have this Katra thing, nor do I have any Live Weather/Clock things checked in Winterboard, I think it's a Cydia app.

I noticed a few pages back people were posting 5 icon dock images.. Well here is the one I made:



*Note: Calendar doesn't reflect as it is too high up/big, and if you move it lower, it just doesn't look right!

I just adjusted the perspective of them until they looked okay and flowed together according to my eyes. :P

ok, than we start at the beginning:

Weather icon:
dowload the "weather icon" from cydia and download a icon package such as "katra-based weather icon" from cydia. "Weather icon" doesn't appear in winterboard, but "katra-based weather icon" does, so enable that one. Now you can change the weatherbg_day and _night in the "katra-based weather icon" folder into the orbzed one.

For liveclock:
download "LiveClock" from cydia. This one doesn't appear in cydia (only a few mods, but you don't have to enable them). After that replace the LiveClock.png in the folder I mentioned earlier.

what's your opinion on icy. Do you like it? is it better than cydia?? I don't know what to think about it (i didn't tried it out yet), but would really like a few opinions on it.

@ 1hihum that one can just be done by first transform it free (free transform = ctrl + t), right clicking the image and then select perspective. Now you can put it into perspective by dragging to corner to the position you want

are you sure that the folder in which the dockflow icons are, is placed higher in winterboard than orbz?? This is probably the reason why the default icons show up.

you can either make a new folder for the dock. Or you can just replace the original icons in the orbz folder. Just place the dockflow folder from xcel in your theme's folder, enable it in winterboard and place it higher than other possible docks and the orbz folder.

I like it so far, haven't had any problems with it yet. Seems to be quicker when installing things than Cydia also. It doesn't have to sit there and refresh at the end of every installation. It is just done at the end, and if it's an application, you can exit right away and icon is already on Springboard for you to launch.

Nothing you need to change. Like JoOosty said, just put it in your theme's directory, go to Winterboard and enable it, and make sure it is higher than the regular Orbz theme. Works fine for me and should for you too.

I'm really willing to do that, but one tiny question: Could you either disable the theme you are using now, either choose a white background. Cause it's very irritating to pull the icons such as movies out now, cause they are partly transparant, so you have to work with magic wand etc.

That takes a lot more time, than when you disable your current theme, or put a white background in your theme folder
