thanks so much armadillo!!!! Man I don't know why everyone doesn't just use this Theme!!!!
If you get time do you mind making the folder with the controller for your categories icon an xbox 360 controller? You the icons you made for BossPrefs Categories?
If you can do that that would be more than just great!!!

Armadillo,
Due to some technical problem, I have to restore my iPhone and decided to use Cydia in place of BSD and Installer. My question is is there any way to add your repository thru Cydia at this moment?
If yes, kindly send your reply to my donor e-mail [email protected]
Thanks.Last edited by kiasunkiasi; 04-07-2008 at 02:35 PM. Reason: Typo error

Armadillo, I have a question, do you make all your icons from scratch?
-
04-07-2008, 06:27 PM #969
hey armadillo do you mind making a custom aqwoah status bar? I mean "aqwoahize" (love this word) the signal bars, wifi bars, edge, header battery and the status bar it self.
This is the only thing on my iPhone that isnt "aqwoahized"
Would any of you other fellow aqwoah users like this???
THANKS

iFilipino: It depends on the icon. I would say that 50% are made from scratch and vector-based (I use Fireworks for that). The others are either composites of bitmap icons/graphics and EPS files taken from logo/svg sites. These are then masked as necessary, adjusted for hue, saturation, contrast, sharpness and often modified with bevel, gradients, outlines, inner glows and/or shadows, etc. So in practically all icons, there is considerable additional work involved.
nirav464: I think you asked for this before and I repeat my answer: Point me to the files in the iPhone that need modification and I'll take a look. Although I must say that I'm generally quite happy with the status bar. There isn't really a whole lot of pixels involved and I'm not sure how the tiny icons can be improved. But I'll see what I can do if you give me the path to all the files involved.

Netmage requested a gold theme in the vein of Kroam. So here's Goald (available on Installer now):

hey thanks alot reako!!! thats exactly it. Armadillo if you were going to aqwoahize" these imgages, it would be easier for you and for us if you just used the customize format.
For example in stead of calling the files FSO_CARRIER_ATT.png & Default_CARRIER_ATT.png you can use the easier way by formatting them to the customize form. For the customize format, its exactly the same as you would upload using a battery image. Just Call the file anything you want and use "-1" to number the files.
Here's an example how to upload battery images via customize: http://www.modmyi.com/forums/showthread.php?p=148918
Maybe You already knew this and I just wasted 5 min trying to poorly explain something you already knew

Sorry, Customize is not available for 1.1.4. I have abandoned making stuff for Customize, since with each FW update, everything breaks. It's quite easy to just install normally and uninstall from backup. Customize is essentially a file mover/renamer and that function is also provided by Installer itself. I may do a Customize version when Customize 2.0 is available to the public.

oh yea forgot about customize not working with 1.1.4 (You can always use Skylar's Modded Customize) but it would be probably easier to install normally and uninstall from backup.
So are you still going to do it or wait till customize 2.0 is released?
Thanks anyways for giving it a thought.

Armadillo, I am currently using Customize 2.0. If you would like to make the images I can convert the names to work with Customize 2.0, while I am sure others can rename them to work with the earlier versions of Customize. So if you do make the images, you can simply keep the default names and then upload them.

Costomize works with 113 and 114, just add "ipodtouched.net/repo.xml" to sources, and install "Modded Customize", it worked on my and my friends iphones.
