I already have a live clock (see pic), but I don't know how/where I installed it
ok.
now I see. I have it under: System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/LiveClock.png...I guess I replaced the original liveclock icon, with the buuf2, so I undo it....and I'll do the way you wrote(put the things in buuf2/bundles/com.apple.....folder...)
edit: hmm...I put the LiveClock.plist and the png under buuf2/Bundles/com.apple.springboard, respring, but still shows the original liveclock. idea?
edit2: ok, I made a copy of the original LiveClock.plist and LiveClock.png, and deleted them. Now I see the liveclock icon made by olejnicev, but the clockhad still seems to be the original black one (pic)Last edited by Mejulie; 02-19-2009 at 11:16 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

I found the problem, I had something in winterboard that overwrote it (that's why the black clockhand), but now solved.

In mails, the delete button still looks like in the default skin.(see what I mean) Does somebody else have the same? I assume, because I did not change anything...

Demol & Lencho -
This clock widget operates as an HTML which sits on the background of your screen. By naming the HTML file "LockBackground.html" and dropping it in the main folder of the Buuf theme and putting all of the images in the "Private" folder into the Private folder in the Buuf theme, the clock is good to go.
It doesn't replace the regular clock, though. In order to turn that off, you have to fool the system by making the clock's font transparent. I attached the transparent font to this post.
All you have to do is save it to your computer, then put it on your phone in the folder /System/Library/Fonts/Cache. The file you want to replace is called "LockClock.ttf".
I would advise you to make a backup of the original file before overwriting it in case you want to make it visible again.Last edited by kevinxy; 02-19-2009 at 06:17 PM.

Instead of thanking me in a reply, it's better practice to click on the "Thanks!" button at the bottom of the post of the person who helped you.
That way their stats get changed to reflect it.
