SSH into buuf2.theme folder, delete LockBackground.png, then com.apple.mobilephone folder with in the Buuf2.theme/Bundles folder.

Rename the Icons to what ever the corresponding app is, as for where to place them: Buuf2.theme/Icons

Is it just me or does my App Store icon not work? Mine is just the standard icon right now?

Find the icon you want to be used for the store and make sure its named: App Store.png

Have you checked this zip file? I use a different icon but this is one option you have: Post 970
