Not sure what you looking for. sorry but here some folder i do find telephone icons in. Hope its one of them!
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/TelephoneUI.framework
/var/stash/Themes.XXXXX/Buff4.theme/bundles/com.apple.mopbilephone
/var/stash/Themes.XXXXX/Buff4.theme/bundles/com.apple.TelephonyUI

I can't locate the icon. Not in the folders above. Basically, to explain again (hoping someone might be able to work this out) when someone calls me, if I miss the call, then on my lock screen there's the UIPopupAlertSheetBackground.png (which is one I got from this thread, a grey png) and in it's right hand corner there's an additional icon - which is a default apple green icon for the telephone. And not a buuf icon.

Ideas?

EDIT: See I'm thinking its in the com.apple.mobilephone folder - and its the BarDialer.png file? If so, the one in the folder is the buuf one (as I'm using kapalls theme) so I don't get where its displaying the default one from.

Have rebooted a couple of times. If its not the BarDialer.png file, then fair enough.

I just took my girls phone and called my self, and this is my lock screen with a missed call.
Anywhere simlar to yours?

hmm. Never seen that before, even when i had a clean non Jbroken phone.
Got no clue where you will find this, but if im gonna guess it must be the Other.artwork file that i have given up on.

Search google about this file. Its complicated and it must be extraced, repacked and stuff! Never realy got it!
But yaeh, that is my best guess. Sorry for not being able to help you out.
Lets hope someone else in here can!
