Thanks UncleDon and Kpall312... I found the pronlem. I have "Winterboard Settings" and the "SpringBoard Only" option was on, once i disable it, everything was perfect... Now My i-phone is 100% Buff2 just like i wanted to... Thanks!!

I'm done with the Compass I was working on... Unzip it and put the pics in private/var/stash/Applications/Compass.app and enjoy. I made a file for it com.apple.Compass for bundles, but it's not working that way....
