Ok managed to do this myself now thanx.

I have used the more transparent file with the dialer images and it looks pretty good.

If anyone would like a copy then just ask, of course as long as i get permission from Axero.

Check the updated icon files . It's a dude with a gold tooth smiling if you can't find it in the folders for some odd reason.

I created a bookmark for Facebook on my desktop. Why is it that the icon is not changed to the Buuf icon?

I have tried to chane the bookmark icons and also failed. I would love to "skin" all my book marks as well.

Bookmarks / Webclips:

\private\var\mobile\Library\WebClips\...

find the folder that's contains the webapp by looking at the icons.
rename the Buuf2 icon to icon.png and put it in that folder.
